MUSICAL THEATRE

Our Musical Theatre classes bring together the magic of singing, dancing, and acting to create confident, expressive, and well-rounded performers. We proudly follow the NATD Musical Theatre syllabus, expertly written by Miss Vicki — the Senior Examiner and Chairperson of the Musical Theatre Committee for the NATD. With her extensive experience and deep passion for the arts, Miss Vicki’s syllabus provides a structured yet inspiring pathway for students of all ages to explore the wonderful world of musical theatre.

In our classes, students learn to tell stories through movement, song, and characterisation, developing essential stage skills such as vocal projection, emotional expression, and teamwork. Lessons are designed to build confidence and creativity while nurturing each performer’s unique personality and talent. Whether recreating scenes from well-loved musicals or exploring new material, every class is filled with energy, imagination, and fun.

Performance is at the heart of what we do. Each year, our Musical Theatre students take part in their own full Musical Theatre show, giving them the opportunity to experience the thrill of live performance in a professional setting. They also join the entire school for our whole-school productions, showcasing their skills alongside dancers from all disciplines.
